Through out above machine,the dirty raw corn will turn to the clean corn and up to the suitable moisture to mill.
Milling section: There are different type of
Roller Mill with roller size 2235, 2240, 2250, 2450 etc. The mill is main machine to mill corn to get final product we need.
In order to get different final products, we use
Double Bin Sifter and
Plan Square Sifter to Sift the flour,
Bran Brusher to collect more flour from the bran, improve the flour extraction rate.
Packing section: The small capacity of
corn flour making machine line is packing by manual,and the big capacity is suit to use automatic weighting &sewing scale.The automatic one have two type:10-25kg,25-50kg.
